Melt Accelerators
AI Shopping Readiness Sprint
Make sure AI assistants can find, understand and recommend your products.
For ecommerce teams
More shoppers now ask AI assistants and AI search features what to buy. These tools draw on product data, structured data and the content on your product pages. If that information is incomplete or inconsistent, your products are left out of the answer or described wrongly. In four weeks we measure how your products show up in AI answers for your priority shopping queries, then fix the product data, structured data and page content that shapes those answers.
Who it's for
- Retailers being asked “what’s our AI search strategy?” who want a concrete, measurable first step.
- Brands with good organic visibility that want to protect it as search behaviour changes.
- Teams that already have a solid product feed and want to build on it.
What you get
- An AI visibility baseline for your priority products and queries.
- An audit of the gaps in data completeness, structured data and product content.
- Fixes shipped to feed attributes and structured data, plus question-led product content.
- A tracking setup to measure change at the check-in.
How it runs
We set the baseline first, so the results can be measured. Feed and structured data changes are made by Melt; product content is delivered ready to publish; template changes are handed to your developers. You approve at one point: the product content before publishing.
What we need from you
Merchant Centre access, a product data export, Search Console access, a developer contact for structured data, and one named contact.
What's not included
- Brand-level AI visibility work such as PR, reviews or off-site mentions.
- Guarantees of inclusion in any AI platform's answers.
- Full catalogue enrichment (that's the Catalogue Enrichment Sprint).
Proof
This sprint is new. It builds on our product data and feed work for Muddy Puddles and Rat Betty, and attribute enrichment for The Cotswold Company and MADE.com.
The check-in and what happens next
Around 90 days after the changes go live, we review the results against the baseline and agree the next step from your data.
Continue into Shopping Intelligence & Feed Care with AI visibility tracking, extend to the next products or a Catalogue Enrichment Sprint, or pause while your team maintains it.
