Google's AI Mode is here, user adoption of ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others is growing rapidly, and brands are already seeing the effects on traditional SEO metrics. Impressions are often stable with clicks down, while conversions from LLM traffic can be five times higher than Google. Measurement is harder, and new user journeys are less and less clear.
